I agree, I keep very detailed notes of when I play, what I play, start and finish amounts, and copies of any records I may receive or use at a casino (including checks, receipts, credit card transactions, tax documents, lottery tickets (losers) etc).

The refenrece is a net effect, not specific as to the process.
