However, I comprehended what Gene was trying to say, and instead of simply saying he was wrong, I explained why he was wrong (confusing the issue of a casino's obligation to file tax paperwork with the issue of whether the income is taxable) and I recognize that what he said, though not technically a correct staement of tax law, was correct as a matter of general practice.
