I think the problem is more with the people taking the pictures and taking the extra few seconds to get the pictures in focus or understanding how to use the camera. I have digital images of all my Caribbean chips and they are perfectly focused and the true colors are retained. Here is an example of an Old Antigua chip. The original picture I have stored on my PC was reduced to 3x3 inches and 5x5 inches. I also took the time to trim the image so there is nothing but the chip in the picture. The 5x5 image shows about every fine detail you would want to see.

BUT, I do know what you mean about seeing blurry images for those that want to rush thru the process.
