About 6 months ago, a club member and friend received a letter from copywrite lawyers acting for the descendants of 'Dillingers' over the GGS fantasy chips he was selling on ebay. They showed proof of 'ownership' of the Dillingers name. My friends lawyer advised him to stop selling them.

After that the lawyers went after USPS, who had just bought out GGS at that time. The result was that GGS have withdrawn and destroyed all Dillingers chips, taking the Bugsys Hideaway and Capones with them.
