Got this NCV from Colorado Belle in Laughlin at the last show. TCR describes it as "49 Holiday Club". That's what I thought at first, but when you examine it closely, it seems to say "49 and Holding". Maybe a promo for those who are 50 years of age (and better)? See enlarged scan below.
