Depends. There are sexual references and even some puppet sex. This is tame as compared to many movies that a 15 may see, but I suspect there are some people who would not want there 15 year old to see it.

The show is 20 something version of Sesame Street. A 15 year old may not appreciate the post college angst of the story, but it clearly wouldn't be over the heads of the average 15 year old.
