1. I paid 24¢ on a single chip eBay sale I won carrying $2.50 shipping recently. I thought about scanning and posting the envelope but thought "others" on this board have let me get by with a mistake so why not?
2. I paid 13¢ on an envelope with two chips I won in the Super Bowl contest. The sender placed his 39¢ stamp right on top of the 52¢ pasted by the person that had sent him the bubble envelope previously. Oh, well...
