In the baseball biz you had the Beckett Price Guide for the longest time...it was and still is that hobbys bible. Then Tuff Stuff came along and gave it some competion, but not that much. But with this hobby you have two respected guides. And when I first asked which was the better...I got half saying one, half saying the other. In other words, neither one is the Bible of the Hobby. And this hobby needs one. They are both just guides and referance books. What you can sell and get for a chip is up to the seller and buyer. But, I keep reading and hearing about some of the price differances between the two books. I would love it, if the two of these groups could get together and just print one guide...and print the guide in an updated version every year. Heck, I'd love to see all the chips listed from last year that I have never even heard about much less seen. Yes, I know it's a teribly hard job to do, and I have no idea how Dr. James Beckett did it before the baseball hobby got popular. Just my 2 cents.
