In between working on rehab house #2, putting away chips from last years convention and everything else that comes up I figured that I would try to make a few sheckles by doing a little work as a realtor and help a neighbor find a new house. Since she is a friend of my ours my wife went along to the showing. Well you guessed it - she didn't like the house but my wife did. So now I am stuck buying a more expensive house, getting a bridge loan until we sell our house and that is all before we consider that I gotta pack up all of this crap I collect AGAIN! ARRGH!! Not only that but we will be spending most of the profits from the 2 rehab house so we will need to do a few more.

As a side note - when we moved here to Nashville my wife said that this would be our last house. I told her I thought we would be here about 3 years. Well it will be 3 years in October. On the bright side we will be closer to the freeway and new shopping mall not to mention both of our daughters. Cindy hated mowing our .16 acre lot here in the subdivision(with the 2 hills) so I wonder how she is going to like the 2.38 acres (flat land) at the new place???

Well I gotta go pack.
