I had thought I read something about that in the agenda items of the CCC meetings but went back and could not find it. There were some interesting things like:

By a vote of 5-0 adopted the draft Resolution and granted the relief requested in the petition, to the extent set forth in the findings and rulings and subject to the conditions in the Resolution (PRN 3060507) (ruling number 06-01-18-10; transcript pages 91-94).

Which I guess is no big surprise. And also

18. Proposed adoption of amendment to N.J.A.C 19:47-20.11 (Alternative Pay Tables For Pair Plus Wager In Three Card Poker)

Guess they were paying out too much money...
