golden nugget laughlin are a bunch of thieves!!

back around 2000 my wife and i made our pilgrimage to laughlin, nevada from our home in tempe, arizona. we booked a room at the golden nugget which we’ve stayed at before and as it turned out we ended up getting a couple of freebie casino chips after going to the tarzan’s nightclub. we finally had a chance to go to laughlin again about three weeks ago after getting my in-laws to watch the kids over the weekend. after we arrived and got all checked-in to our room we went down to the casino and tried to used those freebie chips we received during our last visit but we were told by the pit boss at the craps table that they were no longer valid and that he would have to confiscate them because they were property of the casino. after we got home I thought about this for a while and realized that we should never have given those chips away because that pit boss probably cashed them in and kept the money for himself or had someone cash them in for money. either way we were probably ripped off.
