I won an Item on e-bay total cost $69.00 I was told by seller it would be shiped by UPS.After 2 wks. no item.I e-mailed seller and asked for a tracking number.I checked with UPS no such tracking number.After 10 more days I filed a claim with pay-pal in 3 days I received a full credit.
