I dont see what ebay can do on the 'other issues'
As a seller I always leave feedback as soon as payment is received. Where payment was not received (only happened 4 times in 7000 transactionS) I didnt bother with feedback as the buyers were either negative or suspended by then anyway.
As a buyer I expect to receive feedback when I pay. However 50% of sellers (IMO) 'Feedback Hostage'
On the other hand there are two people on this board who have left me feedback before I even paid They are among the half dozen or so 'outstanding' ebayers Ive come across on this board.
