If I had to ship with bubble envelopes to save the item inside I'd pay the extra. I ship lottery tickets all over the country, I put on them "Please Do Not Bend" or put "Photo's".

You get that extra care then.

I've received some chips from members and found if you can use the small bubble envelops (for 1-3 chips) the postage is cheaper. I guess it does depend on size of the envelope with how much it cost to ship.
