I have had chips broken in several of the packages I sent out. I ran out of mailers and have been so busy I knew I wasn't going to have time to get more. I took a chance that they wouldn't get broken but apparently the Post Office decided to do a number on me. First time I have had a chip breoken in about 10 years. I have responded to several emails and all broken chips have been replaced.
