He bid on an auction of mine for the four (4) Palms Pamela Anderson Playboy set, won them for $19.99 (face) and then never returned any emails for payment. I've emailed him 4 times since the auction ended on January 2, 2006, but have had NO response. He has (after checking his feedback) bought chips from others who may be associated with this board. I have never had a problem like this in the 1200+ transactions I have done on Ebay.

Any thoughts would be most appreciated.
