I have some real issues with some of your auctions.

Lets just deal with the first auction listed: the Fremont Casino Arodie chip. In your description you state shipping is "approx $1.50" but in the shipping calculator, it shows my shipping costs as $9.05 !!

Next even more disturbing....you are quoting prices from the very first 1st edition of James Campiglia's Official Priceguide. As of 2005 James' book is now in it's 3rd printing. If you are going to quote prices in your auctions, you should use an up to date price listing, otherwise, just don't make any claims at all. The first edition is from a different century! That's just plain wrong.

Next, you have a no return policy for this auction. Why is that??? This issue is a deal breaker for me. You claim that you have additional photos that aren't shown, and I guess it's my responsibility to contact you and have you send them to me.

I would never bid on an auction with a a strict posted NO RETURNS policy. Especially one with 4 out of the 5 pictures being blurry.

I looked at other auctions of yours like the Sierra Sid's, and everything was fine. You allow returns, and the shipping is 1.50.

Next...let me discuss the auction for the "RARE" Holiday Casino $5.00 chip. You show two scans. Both of the scans are clearly of two different chips! One scan shows being taken from Larry''s website with the "RenoCasinoChips.Com" watermark at the bottom.That chip shows a very nice condition chip with nice red coloring and sharp edges. HOWEVER, the second scan you have shows a different chip which appears very worn with very rounded edges and extremely dirty. Yet in the description you claim the chip is in "Great condition" Something ain't right in Denmark !!!
