Various others are routinely banned for lesser transgressions, I'd think it would be in the best interests of the Board to ban known-criminals from posting fraudulent offers? I'm not suggesting that a lack of a ban suggests honesty; but rather, I'm actually asking why he hasn't been banned?

Archie - why would I ask Greg to ban Vic from the ChipBoard; he hasn't ripped me off? What I am asking, is why have those who have been ripped-off not asked Greg to do this? Seems pretty clear to me...
