Dave; I recall a couple of my uncles and my grandfather having these much smaller punch boards in East Newark, NJ and Irish Sweepstakes tickets when I was a kid in the late 40's-early 50's.

My recollection was that they purchased the boards and so many "free holes" were reserved for the seller as a commission if the entire board was punched out? I'm thinking most of the prizes I remember were cash??
