Yes, and I as well as many others have been going after these seller for years. This isn't one of the bad cases. Many say they are old real chips from the casinos. This guy isnt real bad, but I'd like to see him state in there that they are not from the casinos.

As for the generic implication....yes, many use it as a generic. But if you are buying a vinatage 1962 Fridgidaire refrigerator on Ebay, you expect it to be a Fridgidaire brand from 1962...NOT a generic refrigerator made yesterday.
