They have been in play since 1993, Paul. I don't recall if there have been reorders, but the ones I have noticed in play are very worn. There have been reorders of some of the lower denominations. Not many dealers buy and hold the 100's; you may have to find a chipper breaking up a collection to find an unused one. I would expect to pay $120-140 for one in AU or better shape if I were going to buy one, although James says only $110 (maybe he has one for sale?).
