Was able to buy the NCV chip on the right for "face" value from the player next to me. They're given out like "bounce back" cash. I've gotten coupons and TITO's for the machines but never chips. Unfortunately she only had two, and lost the first one.

According to the pit boss, they're pretty tough to get. He doesn't see many. He also was nice enough to "look the other way" when I made the transaction. Guess they're not suppose to go out the door.
