a lot of changes needed. Suggestions here.

The auction needs editing and more simplicity. I'd start right off telling them what they are getting as quickly and simply as possible. All the do dads and promotion, color, difference size fonts, etc. are Ok, but put them after the start

First, for a headline to your description, I'd say they are getting these items: x number of chips, a fully functioning web site which can be used for sales or trades, 6 months free web hosting and 3 months free web site editing assistance and consultation .

Then I'd simply list those items with some description, links, whatever.

Very important: the first link you give them to the chips, "All chips listed on inventory page," is just a bare list with poor incomplete details, no pictures, no links. It will turn off your customers right-a-way. What good does it do to say, for example," $1 ... ... Casino 93 .... ... Jackpot ... ... 33 chips" What particular chip? It is a joke!

But there is hope! I like the one-page photo gallery of the chips. You should hit them with that link first. In fact, you could have the entire photo gallery page incorporated into the auction description so it pops right up, assuming not that many bytes. The way you have it now, It takes too many clicks to get to that swell page. Two other important things about that gallery page of all the chips:
(1) There is too much black space at the top of the page. I kept looking at the 50 cent Dell Webb chip, waiting for the other chips to appear. I almost gave up in disgust, but then I realized that one has to scroll down to see all the chips. So eliminate all that black space so one starts out seeing the gallery!
(2) I'd mention the number of chips for each chip pictured in the gallery, right in the gallery -- somewhere next to the casino name and location.

Enough for now. Good luck.

P.S. Also, you should make another post here that you are selling a collection. Can't hurt. Costs nothing. Put that in the title, not that you want help for an eBay auction. You can mention that latter in your post.
