And you thought Von had some fun busts?

We did a kids Christmas lunch today for some inner city kids. Myself and two of my co-workers attended as Santa and his elves and handed out candy canes and spent time with the kids. They had a ball.

For some of these kids, this will be the only traditional Christmas dinner that they will get. Many are on social assistance or are in familes of the working poor and many have lots of issues to deal with.

There is a great guy who runs the catering and the hall for the Old-Timers Assicaition and donates Christmas dinner to a couple of schools (this one had 300 kids in attendance) and provides everything at no cost. He's a great supporter of the community.

There were some police officers in attendance (one who I play poker with a couple times a year) and they staged a bust of Santa. We've got some great shots of Santa getting bent over the car, frisked and loaded.

I will post a picture of the elves with Santa right away.
