I've been sending out chip packages every month to over 100 of my new issues subscribers for years now without "payment up front first". Yes, I've had a couple of bad apples and have taken a loss on a few accounts, but overall most chippers are very honest and concientious when it comes to paying their bills promptly. Especially those who are club members.
