It appears to me that the arwork was re-worked a little bit... some of the differences are too great to be just a result of the crosshatching.

Look, for example, at the design in black on the front of the chariot. On the old crosshatched version it looks like a bird or rams horns. On the new version it's clearly a heart. Look also at the designs of the buckles on the horses' harnesses. On the older version they are quite a bit bigger than on the new version.

If you look at the rear of the harness of the horse on the right on the old version, it's clearly angled. On the new version it appears curved.

Also it looks like the denomination is slightly different and the font size of the city name is slightly larger on the new version.
