Chip Conditions Question

Why do so many chippers either in ebay auctions or on there own websites not use CC>CC terminology or grades to describe chip conditions?

I either see that they dont bother to describe chip condition or have there own terminology to describe chip condition.

This question is to both CC>CC members and Non CC>CC members...

My personal opinion is that more people should use official CC>CC grade and condition descriptions...

If any one has a personal preference or opinion or if you do use CC>CC chip conditions , please post a message and give us your opinion

Thanks in advance to anyone that replies!!

Chris
