usage in "panic room"? If you didn't see the show earlier tonight, I don't want to take the time to go into it in detail here - I just am curious if when they show all these folks "making do, with what's on hand" (ala McGiver), how much science is really involved...

FWIW, my Dad's an ex-United Captain, and ANYTHING regarding airplanes, flying, etc, in the movies inevitably results in a long lecture about how STUPID the movie producers were (the diatribe usually ruins the movie)! Any chance the same happens to a Chemistry Prof. watching CSI???
