I know there are a LOT of craftsman out there...

I have a set od large elk antlers that I want to mount on a block of cedar over my doghouse door. The problem is they are SUPER hard. I have tried high speed drills and masonary drills that leave a small 'divot' after drilling. Any ideas?? The hardward store is out of dynamite...
