SEE RICH'S POST

I greatly appreciated your post, Charles, and think it is very helpful and needed. In addition, Rich's point is very well taken. Even if a seller of fantasy chips says they are fantasy, these chips are now going out with a location on them (in this case, Las Vegas, Nv) and thus the chips can be resold to others as genuine chips. I'm not troubled much with fantasy chips that are clearly just that--e.g., the various series that Paulson had - dogs, Indian Chieftans, U. S. Presidents, etc. since there would be little likelihood that they could ever be passed as anything other than fantasy chips. But the Borland Chips and the one you cite are examples of chips that may be fantasy but which constitute a threat to our hobby. Way to go, Charles and Rich. grin
