Bill Payne forgot more about chips than most of us will ever learn. A good friend to many in the hobby. He passed away recently and Doug Saito is handling the majority of his chips.

Bill did not have a computor so he missed a great deal of chip information. However, Bill was better than a computor because he could put a human element with and too most of the stories he told.

A long time friend of the giants in the chip hobby Bill will be missed not only by me but those who depended upon him for friendship and information. Rest in peace good buddy!
