.0192 (1.92%) x .0196 = .0003763 chance that you will get any two specific cards out of a deck, if you draw two cards at random

If dealt 2 cards wouldn't the odds of getting 2 specific cards be 2/52 x 1/51 = .000754? It's been well over 30 years.
