she had been in a lot of pain for years, and finally bit the bullet - now she is back to world travelling, even has a new boyfriend (she was widowed)... I'd want to know how many the Doctor has done (is he/she regarded as the best in the area?), and do they have complaints and/or lawsuits. Finally, I'd want to know the same about the model of knee they want to use (how long has the model been out, recalls/problems etc...).
