Now you guys both know that the video poker games in Florida are being used for gambling...and I've heard many rumors about the cops and when they bust them....The most common being you guys only do a bust when someone complains...I've heard it's being run by the Justice Department or the ATF as to when and who to bust (they did come through Ocala one day and warnned all the bars owners to get rid of them) and I was told by an FBI agent awhile back that because of money and time involved, your only after the big boys. The place I work for had them out many years ago until one of the bars got hit...then he got scared and backed off...and take it from me, to anyone who plays those things...its a suckers bet...I know them inside and out and know how to set the odds...I wouldn't touch them with a 100 foot pole...they had a pretty good racket going when they first poped up...every machine had a box of stuffed toys on top of them...when whoever hit and poped out say 2 tickets worth 10 bucks...they go to the bar and they give them 2 toys, one for each ticket...then the guy sez...I don't wan't these, will you buy them back...deal done and at the time legal...anyway, I just don't hear of many busts and still see the same game runners that have been there since the beginning.
