Casino on the Titanic???

No.

The Titanic was the biggest, safest, most technologically advanced ship that had ever been seen until the year of 1912. Hailed as the Queen of the Waves, it was unthinkable that she would unite the world in a tragedy that still haunts us to this day. However, it did not have a casino. This is strange considering that the plutocrats of those time loved to gamble and had an enormous amount of money with which to do so.

Perhaps the richest man on board the Titanic was John Jacob Astor, who had in excess of ten million dollars, a huge sum for those days. Astor was known as a big spender, often spending as much as one hundred dollars on lace handkerchiefs. Such was the mood of the times, and people spent huge sums of money on a whim. Astor, was also known as a compulsive gambler, and spent most of the journey in the First Class Smoking room playing cards with his friends, Colonel Gracy and Sir Cosmo Duff Gordon, who were also know as gamblers. However, it is said that they deplored the fact that there was no casino on board the Titanic.
