Dennis once told me, the 1st records he had were for 1936. No record for your WC chip could mean it is pre 1936. Might be a little early for Wilbur.
TR King sold chips pre 1936. I think 1936 might have been when they started making their own Lcrowns. They were originally made at USPC and hot stamped at TRK.
