Wanted to share with you my personal IMO review of the product called Diamond Chip Cleaner. A couple of weeks ago I saw a post here on teh Chipboard advertising this product. Seller stated that this was the same cleaner used by casinos. He had recently convinced them to sell it thru him on a much smaller scale to see if there was interest. I ordered two 16 oz bottles from www.thechiproom.com

Transaction: Paid with Paypal. Good communication back and forth with the seller. Was pleasantly surprised when I received the product just days later, via priority mail.

Testing: Broke out a dirty chip from my collection. Placed a small amount of the Diamond Cleaner in a small bowl and submerged the chip in the solution. On the instructions it says to leave the chip in the solution for 1 to 2 minutes, then wipe dry. Follwoing these instructions, I had no problems. Easy to use and a complete success.

Now...for the real test. I broke out a couple of chips that are still covered in Hurricane Katrina muck that I have had stored since returning from the region. Here is the before picture:

Using the same instructions as above I submerged the chip giving it exactly two minutes in the solution. After the time was up, I removed and wiped clean. This is the after:

I must say I was completely impressed. Not only that, but it leaves the chip with a non static surface (as advertised) that makes it feel like a brand new chip. I proceeded to clean 10 more chips, all in the same condition witht eh same results. Using a soft toothbrush got in all the nooks and assited well in the cleaning.

Summary: This product does exactly what it claims. I was extremely satisfied with all aspects of this venture, from ordering to shipping, to product satisfaction. A+
