1. How many members are on the board. Are these political appointments? Are they law enforcement? How long do they serve? Who has control over the board? Let's get a chipper on the board.
2. I'm not clear on the destroying of all chips when a casino closes. I think some do and some don't. What is the rule and how is it enforced.
3. I always wondered who keeps an eye on the chip manufactures. They could play a lot of games by producing a few extra chips now and then.
