As you may know, I maintain the Unofficial OTY Viewing Site (this is the link to the COTY portion: http://www.gamingore.com/gallery2005?dir=COTY ). That site operates by having contributors upload a scan and fill-in a brief form (4 items of information) pertaining to OTY candidates.

If you would like, I can duplicate a page, re-naming it (perhaps "The Great Travelling Envelope Project"), re-lable the input form to show who got it, where they are located, when they got it and who is next.

At each stop the envelope can be scanned and uploaded to the page. If a recipient does not have a scanner, then a picture just won't appear, but the other data will.

Again, just a suggestion and an offer. It's your Project to do with as you please.
