as to why using all caps in a message, beyond the yelling interpretation, can be mis-leading. When Rich posted: "I HAVE A BLACK $1.00 MINT BORLAND. IS THAT A RARE CHIP?" I thought he was saying:

I have a black $1.00 mint Borland, with "mint" being a reference to the condition, not the casino name.
