believe they were still being used. They were still used at the last tournament I saw. I doubt that each table in a tournament is audited at the end of each round, so most likely more will get out. These were also used for BJ tournaments with a lot of comped entrants, who mihgt being willing to take some chips because they did not have to pay to get in.
