Today I filed a claim in small claims court because I was the victim of an eBay scam. I don't want to go into the details because it really hurts and the amount was moderately significant.

I was way to willing to see a second chance offer as legitimate and did not observe my own rules. I have been trying to recover the $$ for the last 3 months and have just filed the paperwork for the SMALL CLAIM COURT in Detroit.

I urge everyone who receives second chance offers to look carefully at the offer. EBAY has some very good (?) security built into the second chance offer that I ignored completely.

I can't beleive I sent someone a large amount of money! Don't ask! I am posting this message as a public service to all on the BB--BE AWARE--BE VERY AWARE!

I will post notices here as the claim goes forward. I did notify every law agency I could and they all said, "small claims court." OUCH!

Anybody who hasn't ask for our personal chip, I have a few left before I have to reorder!
