Actually, he said Hello to me. I've just returned from his hospital room, a private room I might add! And Gene is doing well. He is looking to go home Monday and is surprised how youthful everyone there looks.I think its a function of age!

Anyway, Gene seems to be doing nicely and contrary to popular belief, the flowers and cards are displayed on a shelf and not in the trash! They are in the room next door, but displayed just the same. (Just kidding!)
