I just won 3 auctions from him on eBay. He had a new user ID with 4 positive feedbacks, and has not responded since receiving payment with a money order (which of course was cashed).

So I'm out $55.

Though I've made claims with eBay, he's already "No longer" a member.

I unfortunately don't have any friends in Toledo, but am thinking about filing a small claims court claim just because I can't stand when people like him get away with petty theft. Because it is through the mail it actually can be considered mail fraud...

He's pretty smart that he sets up an ID, gets some positive payback, does a quick run for small amounts and then disappears...
