According to TGT and Fuller's, the address was 3131 Hwy. 91, and the club was open from 1945-1950.

I can confirm that Casa Vegas is listed in the 1945 phone book (though there isn't a street # listed). Casa Vegas isn't listed in the 1950 phone book.

Unfortunately, we don't have any phone books between 1945 & 1950...so I can't check any further.

Unless street numbers have been drastically changed, it would have been near the Desert Inn, which was at 3145 Las Vegas Blvd. (In the 1950 phone book, the DI is only listed as LA Hwy.)
