All those chips WERE MADE for the casino. It went out of business before the chips were delivered. They are real chips Man! They were orderd but not delivered. Boreland had nothing to do with them. Saito purchased a bunch of them from the Paulson store because "Foxys" didn't take delivery and Paulson wanted to get some of their money back. "Foxys" was going to hold blackjack tournaments to stimulate business. They never did!
