Ed, where have you been??

This has been going on for years!

First of all, most Oklahoma Casinos use the “Card in Card” out for money for slot machines (I’ve been to a dozen casinos in Oklahoma and they were all the same). I'm no expert on Oklahoma Gaming but I’m guessing it has something to do with how Oklahoma’s Gaming Laws were written.

Second, companies have been trying to create games without dealers for many years. I remember back in 1996/1997 downstairs at Bally's in Las Vegas having Roulette and Blackjack games where you sat down and played it like a table game. In Kansas City, there is a 3 card poker game (it plays 2 - 3 faster than a dealer game, and that makes more money for the casino).

To be honest, I sure we will see chips go away in the next 10 – 15 years (or even less). Think about cost savings of the casinos……No chip inventory, no chip storage, fewer employees….And MORE PROFIT FOR THE Casino!

With a Debit Card System, I’m sure casinos will let you store credit on them so you would be able to go from one Harrah’s (or MGM) casino to another and play on the same Debit Card (while of course the Casinos are making money on your money)

And the last great thing about a Debit Card System….The money goes in…..and most likely won’t come out of the machine/table (the old casino psychology of making money not important).
