What I know about chips would fill a frightfully thin book. I saw my first example of a silver strike on eBay yesterday, it was beautifully struck, almost like a proof coin struck from polished dies . Are silver strikes minted/issued by the casinos to be used as an actual chip, or as a commemorative item to be saved/not used, or are they made/issued by someone else than that particular casino?
