I agree 100 percent. In speaking with Mr Green, and Executive from the Beau Rivage, he stated that anyone that has that high end of a chip, they know who they are. So when a person shows up at there doors who has never been there before and is unrated, they will turn them away.

I kept the guy going for quite a bit via email, letting him think I was interested. He admitted they were looted. After telling him I was interested I got his home address to 'send payment'. I was at work when I recieved all of these emails, so I have turned it over to the Beau Rivage and Biloxi PD Authorities thru my Chain of Command. Here was the last scan he sent of more chips that he offered to sell as well.
