To me they look different. The blue is darker in the first picture also, however, now this could just be my eyes playing tricks, however the blue box with Sunset Station, and the one under with Hotel and CAsino, appears to be slightly bigger in the first image.The botton corners appear to be closer to the boarder in the first image, and there seems to be more "blue space" in the Hotel and casino box.
